How can I get a copy of an invoice?

On purchase, we will email you an order confirmation that includes a copy of your invoice. You can also sign into your account and navigate to the Invoice section at any time to view, print, or download a copy of your invoice.

What do I need to apply for a travel visa?

How does Entriva obtain a travel visa for me?

We then submit your pre validated application and supporting documents to the relevant embassies or consulates on your behalf.

How long will it take Entriva to process my travel visa?

You will see the likely processing time and any rush options available for the selected visa in your cart, so you have a good estimate on timing. We will also email you updates on the status of your application as it changes, and you can view the status at any time by signing into your account.

Do I need a visa to transit through a country?

Many countries don’t require a visa if you’re in transit to another destination and only staying for a very short period of time. However, specific transit requirements vary by country. At the moment, we are not offering transit visas so please confirm transit requirements with your airline well ahead of your trip.

What is the difference between an e-Visa and a standard Visa?

An e-Visa is an electronic visa. Some countries support e-Visa, while others only support standard visas. Entriva will show you options available for the destination you are traveling to.

Can Entriva guarantee that the embassy or consulate will issue my visa?

No. Entriva is committed to submitting your application, using the traveler information you have provided, to the appropriate governing bodies that will review your visa application. The decision to issue or decline a visa application is up to the embassy or consulate. While it does not happen frequently, if an embassy or consulate decides not to issue a visa, Entriva will contact you with options when available.

Do my children need travel visas?

Travel visa requirements are the same for all travelers, regardless of age.   

What is an Australian ETA and is it different than an e-Visa?

An Australian ETA (Electronic Travel Authority) is the electronic Australian authorization that allows travelers to visit Australia. To get your Australian ETA, just select Australia as your destination and you will see the option to purchase an ETA where applicable.

What is a US ESTA visa and is it different than an e-Visa?

A US ESTA visa is the electronic United States of America authorization that allows travelers to visit the United States without providing a stamp in their passport. To get your US ESTA visa, just select United States as your destination and you will see the option for a US ESTA where applicable.

Do I need vaccinations or COVID 19 test to travel?

Requirements vary based on where you’re traveling to and from. When you search on our site, we provide a summary of testing, medical certificates, medical measures, and additional documentation required per country. Our site also includes the date the information was last checked with our data source. While these don’t change often, we cannot guarantee accuracy and recommend you confirm the latest requirements prior to travel.

Can I get a refund once I've started the visa process?

If your plans have changed and your want a refund, please contact us at support@entriva.com. Documents already submitted to Entriva that are pending government review may not be eligible for a full refund.

How do I know the status of my application, and if it’s been approved? 

Once you have made a purchase and an account has been created for you on the Entriva site, you may access your personalized Entriva dashboard.  The dashboard will display your upcoming trips and the applications tied to those trips.  Each application will have a status associated with it,and call-to-actions associated with the status, when applicable.  If you receive a Revoked or Denied response from the Embassy, we will send a message to the email address associated with your account informing you as to why the decision was made and any next steps you can take.  If your application is approved, we suggest you visit the dashboard immediately to download the confirmation and electronic travel document(s).
